Tanya Singhal, Independent Consultant

Tanya SinghalTanya Singhal has over 20 years of corporate experience, spanning multiple companies and industries. Most recently she headed business continuity at Fidelity Investments in Bangalore. She is credited with creating a robust practice for the firm and lead Fidelity’s response to multiple natural and geopolitical incidents that affected the functioning of the business.

Tanya is a Program Manager by training and prior to becoming a BCM professional, she has led several enterprise wide initiatives. She believes that success of a business continuity program lies in careful planning; driving awareness of continuity strategies by simplifying complex things; and ensuring strong communication amongst stakeholders. Her passion for business continuity stems from the fact that BCM in India is underrated and undervalued despite being much needed.

Tanya has a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA from IIM, Bangalore.

BCI Training

BCI Certification training is aimed at those individuals who are seeking to complement practical experience in BC or a related field through some formal BC training; who are wishing to achieve an internationally recognised qualification in BC (CBCI;) or who are aspiring to become a Statutory member of the BCI. The BCI also offers Specialist Skills Training for BC professionals wishing to sharpen their skills and knowledge of particular aspects of the BCM Lifecycle.
